A convo today would be:

M-> "So who is that girl?"

"School mate, same year, used to hang out with her at lunch sometimes."

M-> "Oh that's good."

"Good?"

M-> "It's good to be social sometimes, instead of being a social hermit."

"..."

M-> "Mum used to worry that you were never around anyone."

"I am... er sometimes?"

M-> *shakes head* "I'm mum. I know everything."
